All prices shown include 21% VAT.
Private customers inside the 27 member states of the European Union pay our local VAT rate.
Companies who are eligible for VAT exemption inside Europe should provide their VAT number and registered address.
Customers outside the European Union are eligible for VAT exemption, so VAT will be removed before the checkout.
The information you provide will be used for the following purposes:
- To provide the goods or provide the service you ordered
- To complete and support data access;
- To perform the user transaction;
- To comply with legal obligations;
- Operational, management, accounting and tax purposes
The data will not be disclosed to any other parties except the shipping company in charge of delivering the goods.
We will not store any credit card number or credit card information related to your payment; the secure transaction is managed and processed directly by Paypal.
We collect the following data:

- Name and surname;
- Delivery address;
- E-mail address;
- Telephone number.
- Tax code or VAT number where applicable
- details of your ordered items
which are essential to us to process your order. The data processing is done using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be done by paper and/or automated tools to store, manage and transmit the data.
The person concerned may obtain all their personal data, which will be made available to them in an intelligible form. They can also ask to know the origin of their data and how to obtain correction or cancellation of their data.

All prices on our web site are shown including VAT. The price of the products will be reported on the shipping invoice.
It is not possible through our web store to buy products with VAT exemption. If you need to buy in VAT exemption please send us an email with your company data including address. Shipping cost are stated in the invoice.
Local taxes and import duties outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed on our site are available and ready for small order purchase. When items that we produce are out of stock, the production time is 4-8 weeks.
All good are packed with quality packaging and wrapped with our branded packaging tape. If you notice any damage to the shipment or find it partially opened or reclosed with transparent tape, please report it to the carrier's representative and in the case of couriers or shipment methods that require a signature on delivery, write on the signature sheet that the goods have been delivered with damaged packing or wrapping. Please photograph the damage before opening the package if possible.
If the above procedure is observed, we will open a claim with the express courier and reship what is missing or damaged.
If the shipment does not arrive and is lost, we will handle the claim with the express courier and we will either reship or make a reimbursement as soon as possible.
All our products pass rigorous quality tests before shipping. Most of the devices we distribute have sensitive electronic components and must be handled with care, especially regarding damage by electrostatic discharge. Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain from us on request and write on the outside of the carton or envelope.
All the products are warranted for a period of one year.
We will repair or replace any board that is found to be functionally defective when inspected in accordance to our test procedures.
Warranty shall be void under the following conditions:
- signs of undue mechanical stress forced on the board;
- circuit modified in any way, including addition or removal of components;
- PCB tampered with by grinding, engraving, drilling or application of coatings or soldering of any kind.
Our liability is limited to replacement or repair of the defective items on the terms set forth and we shall not be responsible for any events caused by a malfunction of our products.
In the shipment please include your original receipt, the RMA number and printed email showing the thread discussing your problem and our reply with the released RMA number.
We will examine and test your returned product and email you with the status within 15 days of receipt. All RMA replacement items will ship out via our express courier.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance of the item(s). Please make sure that your RMA number is on the shipping label and that the package is packed well to avoid additional damage due to shipping. Damage or loss incurred on the return shipping is at the responsibility of the Customer. We will not refund or replace RMA items that are lost or damaged during shipment to us.
Discounted shipping may apply for the replacement shipping (back to the Customer) and each case is handled on an individual basis.
Once the returned items are received, we will examine and test the units to determine the best course of action to refund, repair, replace, or verify functionality.
We assumes no liability for the following:
- Third party claims against you or your company for damages.
- Overall product failure due to our components
- Medical or life support device failure.
These products are not designed for use in life support appliances, devices or systems where malfunction of these products can reasonably be expected to result in personal injury. Customers using or selling these products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify us for any damage resulting from such application.
